• A deposit of 50% is required before an enquiry becomes a booking.
• For bookings made less than seven (7) days prior to the confirmed arrival date,
  full payment is required.
• Cancellations more than fourteen (14) days prior to the confirmed arrival date
  – full refund of all money paid.
• Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to your arranged arrival date
  - forfeit all money paid.
• However, if the booking is taken up by another party, then a full refund will be made.
